You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
I have to drop the witch...... Sorry the mother in law in hospital in wrexham next week to have a cataract op.
To kill the time i was thinking of going to llandegla not been in years and its well close. What time does the carpark open is it 9? I will be there pretty early about 8ish is the big layby before the track still a parking spot?
Think it's 9 these days. Car parking is now like £5 or something. Cafe has turned from excellent to poor in terms of bacon and egg butties.
Park up world's end and cycle along Offa's dyke to the top of the forest. 👍
Ive always wandered about this route do you park on top of the hill by the cattle grid? Get into the woods then do a round and come back?
Im on a stiff timescale so need to be back in wrexham by about 1ish
Park by green circle. Can't miss it. Ride up to woods along bridleway. Takes you to the top of the trails. Ride round. Stop at the bottom for an overpriced and underwhelming sandwich.
Ride up to top of climb. You can then either go back to the car down the bridleway or ride up along the fence line to the radio mast and down the "superenduro" section on Strava. (see arrows)
Pay the fiver and support the trails.
I had some effing huge burger last time I was there that was especially awesome because my mate paid for it.
3 hours should be plenty of time, even you session JJ's Jumps a few times.
If you get there early the Fisheries café opposite might be open.
Car park opens at 9am according to MBWales.
I'd agree with paying up to support the trails.
Coffee was excellent last weekend and the food looked and smelled great.
I have no issue paying its just whether its open or not. I like the look of the trail olly has put up. And a brew in cafe is paying into the community
Last time went I got there a bit before 9 and the place was open.
