i have been watching this livestream for over a year now. the little owls are known as mr and mrs kuvik. they are awesome.
last year they had 5 healthy chicks that fledged but unfortunately this year mrs kuvik had a brood of 5 eggs but none were viable. but they had another brood of 3 and the first chick just hatched 😀
may they all grow healthy and strong little owls 🙂
ps i am slightly biased as little owls have to be one of my favourite animals on the planet and it is all because of this livestream 😀
Brilliant. Thanks for sharing. I’ve never seen one before (in the wild) seen many other owls but never a little owl

Interesting, has that house been built with a purpose built bird nesting area?
@gauss1777 yes i think the person who lives there has adapted the wall and attic for the little owl nest.
edit sometimes they will visit the attic and you can hear them moving about up there (there is some kind of passageway just inside the entrance).
last year some of the little owlets escaped up there and you could suddenly see a giant human hand putting them back in the nest again from a secret doorway 😀
