I have a NAD 304 amp which at the moment is only use for listening vinyl with.
Can I link my Wifes iphone to play through this amp?
It has a number of phono inputs, but not sure what the quality would be like linking from the headphone socket of the iphone?
you need an airport express. I've just ordered one to go with my NAD 3020.
The iphone dock has a proper lineout, which uses the connector rather than headphone socket.

....or just a headphone to phono cable (£1 from the pound shop)
I find it works well for all types of media player. If the quality of audio is a factor, than why are you using a media player?
I don't have an iPhone, but this works really well with my Android table and phone. It's a bluetooth audion adaptor that plugs in to my surround sound AUX ports
Jack to phono works fine.
Or you could try one of these, they should exist soon: http://paulcocksedgeshop.com/products/the-vamp
just looking for a simple solution, so a jack to phono cable should be fine, thanks.
@ski cable works fine - make sure you buy a male to male one - might I suggest you buy a couple as they are really useful, I always take one when I rent a car as you can play your music via most car stereos these days that way (my cars are too old to have the connection sadly 🙁 )
