I rather like teepees but would consider anything ...needs to be lightish preferably without breaking the bank if possible.

How lightish - are you going to be carrying it? And how spendy?
Ive never seen a light 2-man tent you can stand up in - there are a few 3-4 man tents like the [url= http://www.backpackinglight.co.uk/shelters-3/WG101.html ]Megahorn 2[/url] and the [url= http://www.terra-nova.co.uk/tents-and-spares/weekend-touring-tents/zephyros-3-living-tent-/ ]Zephyros 3 Living [/url] but they are both 4-5kg or so thereabouts and not exactly cheap.
4kg would be ok ....as far as i can see the megahorn isn't available at the moment . saw the vango galaxy 300 which looked quite nice and spacious.
Vango Omega 250 - it is just over weight I think, but uber spacious, taller than most, and a great base camp/canoeing tent IMO, but I wouldn't want to carry it far.
Macpac Citadel - but would be north of £450 iirc, but is nearly standup inside, and just over 3kg I think.
You will struggle for a tent that is 6' tall at that weight.

Just 2.5kg altogether though.
