On a sunny evening bike ride last week, had just done one the sections of twisty single-track and had stopped for a drink and a breather. I was breathing hard and as I looked to the west the sun was hanging low over the hills, I started to notice that the sun was pulsing perfectly in time with my breaths. It took me a few moments to realise it was my glasses fogging up as I breathed out that was causing the sunlight to diffuse and I wasn't have a spiritual experience or a stroke. Was nice though.
