How much and how often?

Half to one pint of water per day, assuming your tree is held in something that will hold that much water. the cut end will soak up the water and this helps stop needles dropping

Here's ours; all ten feet of it. Carried a mile through the snow, using a bungee cord as a shoulder strap, which hurt.

I found out that my Christmas trees are around 50ft high, so they're staying outside.

Anyone interested in buying some 50-70ft Christmas trees? There's probably a hundred or so!
