I mean..we all have problems..
For some it's money, food, and shelter. For others it's slightly more benign.. but we all have problems.

Use this space as an arena to vent your [clearly] first world issues - no judgement, no replies - simply......type....and.....relax.......

I'll go first:

[b][i]My new bean to cup coffee machine needs the water reservoir refilling at an almost inconvenient rate. I wish it wouldn't clean itself out so frequently..

I fancy having a bit of a twang on my bass guitar right now.

...but it's in the extension and I'm not and I can't be arsed to get up off the sofa. Why won't anyone bring it to me?

I paid off some of the capital on my mortgage and it didn't show up in my banking app after 2 days - I *needed* to see a balance reduced by a few thousand euros _immediately_.

I'm at work on a stupidly slow internet connection and cannot stream from www.themoth.org, or listen to the TED radio hour, not even Lake Wobegon...

Tch...

The canteen at work served up three types of curry (Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Korma and Beef Madras, if you're interested) and then ruined it all by deciding that spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce would be the perfect side dish. I'm all for a bit of "fusion cuisine", but that's taking the piss. Bloody Philistines.

There's some dust buildup lodged in a joint on the centre console of my car which needs hoovering, it bothers me but not enough to carry the hoover outside.

Because my router died I have to make do with only 74meg Internet instead of my usual 150ish for a day or so - this resulted in me having to wait a second or so longer to get a bit of information I needed from OneDrive - I actually tutted. Oh how they'll weep for me in the camps of Calais tonight!

I also have this major problem however, yesterday I went fishing off Seaham South pier (cos there's 2) & for the 1st time there caught NAFF ALL!!
Really really annoyed/puzzled.

My shiny new frame and Bos suspension is taking slightly longer than expected to turn up, I'm also worried my wheels will clash with said frame.

If it has already been marinated then let it be otherwise take it out tonight to marinate.

I've got a meeting at work tomorrow in which I need to take notes on my iPad but I want to ride the long way to work tomorrow which I prefer to do without a bag. This happens reasonably regularly and so I'm debating buying a cheap tablet to leave at work.

When my neighbour opposite chooses to park in the road instead of his drive it inconveniences me a little as I have to add another back & forward to the turn so I can reverse into my drive.

Hi, I'm vegetarian.

"There's rice, and a salad bar. And chicken noodle soup. That's kind of vegetarian."

It's not really the sort of canteen that caters to all tastes.

I'm one flight off the next FF Tier which means on Sunday night I have to slum it in the pleb lounge in Abu Dhabi rather than the nice one (which I should get on the way back)
Also there may be snow at the top of the Whole Enchalada in Moab when I get there in October - and I need to try and get Rampage tickets while I fly to the UK.

I've just bought a new laptop- it came with a faulty screen, so I purchased a replacement refurbished one, with a slightly faster processor.
The trouble is that the geekbench score for the 'faster' replacement is about 10% down on the average for the model- and actually about the same as the original laptop.
Should I send this one back as well?

If I'd waited 3 more weeks before ordering my new car it would have come with Sat Nav, Keyless entry and heated seats as standard. I'm not sure I can carry on which is made worse by the fact I won't be driving it until Friday. Nearly one week after I took delivery because I'm at work.

There's so much genuine pain on this thread I hardly feel its worth mentioning that the sun (that is coming up over the mountain opposite my holiday apartment in the Alps) is just a bit too bright and I can't reach my sunglasses without leaving my pain au chocolate.

Dr P - no judgement but I read your post with an expression of haughty disdain.......

This morning I awoke to the holy trinity of bean to cup machine first world problems - refill beans, refill water and empty grounds before I could get a coffee.

I'm not certain but I think I'll call a helpline or something for support. Or look for a self help group. Obviously, I won't set one up if it doesn't exist - too much effort.

My espresso machine stopped working at 15:00 on Saturday, the possibility of having to do without my morning shot of Riposo made me cancel on a meal out with my friends to strip, clean, service and repair it.
