Bit off topic and a long-shot, but I am about to begin a project to procure a leisure management system and/or software. It'll need to cover a number of sites, offering gym, swim, court booking etc... and have online booking/payment functionality.
When it comes to procurement it will all be done through a normal tender process, so at this stage really looking to gather some names of providers and any opinions on them.
We use Artifax alongside a totally separate venue booking system operated by Glasgow Life that looks elegant and suitable for multi site use.
We both use the same rooms. These systems are both totally separate and not interlinked. It is a disaster of duplicated technology badly implemented.
