Amans in Lowton http://www.amans.net/lowton/. There is one nearer Leigh but I've not been to that one

"The Indian" just across from the police station was good last time I went about 3 years ago.
The Tamarind Table a bit further away in Atherton is excellent.
Mahabarat in Hindley is also good and not too far away.

Second Mahabarat, excellent last time I was there. Amans or Fort of India in Newton-le-Willows not too far away either.
