I have aquired an incomplete Lego Death Version 1. The bulk of it was in a box, the bottom intact and large parts of the top decks still mostly complete. I put it together the best I could and with an excuse to have a good play :-).
I was pondering trying to sell it, sadly no starwars mini figures are included.
So for the lego experts on here, would Ebay be worth a punt or break it up into bits and sell as lego scrap.
Short video of what I have made up.
Your telly's disgraced itself I see.
Tell folk it’s the Death Star from Return of the Jedi?
"There's a Lego shortage so I'm calling it the Dearth Star."
Incomplete Death Star you say?
I'm pretty certain that's a moon.
The best thing about that video is it linked to this one -
Is it worth working out what pieces are missing from the instructions.
pricing up the missing pieces on the lego website :
https://shop.lego.com/en-GB/Pick-a-Brick?icmp=HP-SHQL-EG-NO-pick-a-120
Then you can either sell it complete - or missing the mini figures on ebay as it will sell for a lot more if its complete rather than missing pieces. - Just depends how many pieces are missing I guess!
@glitch
I would say 70% complete.
Probably break it up and sell it by the kilo. Or, pass it on to the Severnvale Bric a Brac stand.
You're two months and a day too late posting this thread. 😉
My lad might be interested in it, how much do you want for it?
For sale: Lego Alderaan

Grey lego goes for £15 To £20 per kilo on EBay. Not worth much as a kit with that much and the mini figures missing.
I’d bricklink the missing bits and then sell whole.
That angry cyclist video deserves a thread of its own. Those 2 banesto lads windmilling each other is priceless.
