Hello all bit of advice please.
Excuse my ignorance but....
Dad recently passed away and left everything to Mam in his will.
No mortgage and funds all I her name and she now lives in rented accommodation.
I'm the executor of the will but don't know if I actually need to do anything or does it all pass over to Mam automatically.
Does it need to go to probate or what??????
