I placed an order (for a Monkey Bar, for our Yuba Cargo Bike) back in March.
Got an email back from the guy (Guy) within a day or so:

I’m afraid that it looks like it is going to take rather longer than we had anticipated as well: we have just received confirmation that the next shipment is arriving in June... we could refund you straight away if you’d like?

I mailed him back:

Hi Guy. Thanks for getting back to me promptly.

I don't think anywhere else in the UK has any in stock either, so we are happy to wait until June.
If there are any significant developments either way please let us know, else we look forward to receiving them in a few months time

Coming up to the end of June, and no further contact. ive rung the landline number 5 or 6 times over the past week, and ive emailed twice to both the generic contact address, and to Guy's shop email address

total radio silence

Any one got any suggestions? i presume the shop still exists, the website is still running.
Presumably if its a made up company, 2 months has passed so i can wave goodbye to that refund?
I dont really want to do that and then order another one and have two turn up?

He's got a link to STW on his front page actually, maybe hes in here. Guy? Guy are you in here?

Have you paid for the bars? If not London Green Cycles stock Yuba so you could try them or SJS Cycles used to do seat post fitting tandem stems which would do the same job with handlebar of your choice (or any old one that you have in the shed or can scrounge).
