es bringt mir zum lacheln wenn es heisst "german market". ich hab jeden dienstag, freitag und samstag ein deutsche markt auf dem marktplatz. jede woche die gleiche spiel. nix besonderes. aber jetzt haben wir den weihnachtsmarkt auf dem marktplatz. es ist aber schön zu sehen aber es gibt wirlich nichts da dass mann gern kaufen würden. nur kleine holz teir- und menschchen figuren, kerzen (sowie immer), plätzchen und glühwein.

die ganze speil ist nur ein geld macher.

scheiss drauf.

Jeden tag gehe ich die einkaufen machen in "German market" beim Aldi Markt oder Lidl. Genau wie die meisten arme Engländer ! Das ganze spiel eine Menge Geld zu sparen ist. 😉

yeah very good!

there's all the stalls selling nick nacks and foodie stuff. food is a bit over priced but pretty nice.

the main beer tent is where its at though! we went the first week on a tuesday, big band playing at half hour intervals, running around on the table tops, getting people up on stage. really good atmosphere! the beer is lovely too.. can't remember what it was though. £9.50 the litre glass things, £3.50 of that is a deposit for the glass, £3.00 for a pint in a plastic glass.

we got there at 7 and it was pretty busy then so i'd say don't get there any later than that if you don't want to queue for too long. as for the weekend its mega busy so go even earlier!!

Zehnmal teuerer als Grafenwalder pils beim Lidl. €3,50 für 5 Litre.

if they have the same wheat beer as the Brum one it's worth a trip, that said i found a great real ale pub too so win win!
