For a non-bike related DIY project I am looking for something like the usual LED bike lights (1-2k lumens) with a li-ion battery that have a very floody light output. Any suggestions?

Torch style could also work.

I bought one of these.

Really happy with it. Solid piece of kit, doesn't seem to be bothered by the rain. Batteries are replacable and very common, nice and bright with a good wide beam.

torch looks promising.

Lumentator too expensive/nice as I want to buy a few. Might look ip LED drivers and li-ion cells and put some together. Needs to be waterproof though.
