Hell of an album, heard some great stuff with him on Lamo R6, seems like one of the true artists of a generation.

Normally like Jack White projects but I managed 3 tracks of this one before deciding it wasn't for me.

It’s a grower for me. Didn’t think much on first listen, but liking it after a few spins. Definitely an eccentric individual.

It must be good cos it really divides opinion!

Review I read slagged it for being too innovative! LolZ! ****ing reviewer twonks.

I think it's brilliant whereas his other solo albums have been dull as shite. It's more like a Dead Weather album with some fun thrown in. Will survive multiple listens and get better and better. I hope I find the time for multiple listens, but there's just so much stuff to listen to..

Had a listen of this today, inspired to check it out based on the R6 chat with Lamo. Really like /most/ of it, having not really listened to much of his stuff since John Peel was no longer around 🙁

I bought it on the day of release and the first listen was wow, ok, this is different. I’ve listened to it a few times now and it definitely grows. I personally prefer the two previous solo albums, but it’s still good.

Not heard much of it yet, but I heard the interview, and I loved his attitude to the record and reviews of it. I’ve got Dead Weather, and really like it, so this sounds like it’s really worth checking out, but “there’s just so much to listen to...” And too little money as well.
