I will be in the lakes late Friday pm which means me and my OMM partner can meet for our last bivvy and gear test before the OMM.
Can anyone recommend me a good 3-4 hr route for the Friday pm with an overnight wild camp and then a walk the following morning?
I know lots of routes in the lakes but thought STW could provide something I hadnt considered!
I would prefer the "southish" end of the lakes.

Judging from last years conditions somewhere in the middle of a big lake would seem to be the best training and preparation! 😉

Do a search online for this years SLMM, it was based round Consiton and should give yoo a few ideas
Oh and why are you bivvying, do you not have to use a tent for the OMM ?
