seems to be loads of models and features.  I want it for raising a floor, overboarding a ceiling and other stuff like hanging lots of pictures that need to be level

which one?

ideally not stumping up more than £100

Very happy with my quigo. Its at the cheaper end of the market but works well. Not super bright so can't really be used outside in bright sun but fine indoors.

If you will ever use it outside then go for a green laser, much easier to see than red in sunlight

I got given a quigo for free. It's pants imo.

Good if you've got something at the right height to clip it to.

No idea how to make it do 45° angles. Unless I'm being an idiot.

A big bubble wins for me.

Yes you do need something to clip it to if there doesn't happen to be a convenient shelf or surface which is a minor faff. A step ladder makes a handy thing to clip it to. Fully adjustable. That or the edge of a door is what I use. It doesn't do 45°. I've built and fitted out a kitchen extension and and large block workshop plus loads of other work and I don't think I've ever needed 45°
