Me and the mrs want a new laptop, just wondering if there are any good deals out there that people know about? I'm no expert on computers at all so could do with advice. We've got up to about £400 to spend and it will be used for itunes and our phones, the mrs' using CAD so needs CD-ROM and general internet use.

Mate at work has seen a couple of ASUS and ACER ones in currys and argos that are about £220 but we want to see what else is out there and not just go for a cheap option.

Cheers in advance.

Check out some of the refurbed Lenovo's on aria.co.uk. Can pick up an i5 or i7 for next to nothing!
