Adding mint to lamb should be banned , it is a crime against gastronomy . Especially mint sauce .

On the other hand, mint sauce is mandatory for lamb, always 😛

In fact, forget the lamb, just give me a pot of mint sauce.

Nothing like a bit of mint sauce to go with that crispy lamb fat.

You do all eat the fat I trust....

What happened to Mint Sauce, from the old MBUK mags? Did he have an accident?

I'm a vinegar fiend.

So it's a yes from me.

Fresh mint sauce with Yorkshire puddings and gravy is a fine overture for a wonderful meal.

But it would be nothing without a few fine slices of Larry The Lamb.

Redcurrant jelly?

Get behind thee, Satan.

Jam with main course is a no-no. Cranberry sauce, apple sauce, recurrent jelly - all the same, I can't stand any of them.

Mint sauce obliterates the lamb.

Add less then?

Ahh, sense is spoken!

x 100

(But the mint sauce should be made with lemon juice, not vinegar).

Neither. Tandoori those bad boys (and then minty yoghurty sauce).

Mint sauce - the stuff in the jar mixed with vinegar.
I’m Welsh and I’m right so there 😉

Chops? Pan fried in butter with a little garlic lemon and black pepper. No sauce. Serve with cavalo nero blanched then tossed in the frying pan and mash potato.

Pan gravy is acceptable if you need sauce.

Heathens.
Lentils and mashed sweet spuds.

Add less then?

It's like radiation: there is no safe minimum dose.
