admittedly for motorcycle trials use but asking on here as i figure cycling ones will be flexible and a lot of guys also ride trials...
i managed to put my kickstart through my leg on sunday at an event (lots of stitches and an afternoon in a&e) and think its about time i added some protection to my knees and shins.
looking around though i cant see many pairs that also have protection to the sides of the legs, i'm not not so much after impact just more protection than a bit of lycra, can anyone recommend anything?
recommendations for elbow pads would be appreciated too.
Take your lumps, I don’t use anything but have thought about it.
Jitsie trials knee pads are a bit cheaper than MTB ones. I use my Fox MTB knee pads that have good inside knee protection but find them a bit bulky so looking at 'enduro' pads i.e. Scott Soldiers that have D30. Anything that stay in place and are comfortable should be good for elbows.
