wife bought one yesterday and it makes a right racket, as though somethings catching. seems to cook the chips great, but sounds like somethings grating and about to break.
i want to take it back, but mrs exp says she'll just take the 'paddle' out after a few mnutes to stop the noise. defeats the object in my view.
sometimes it makes the noise, other times sounds smooth and quiet, id say noisy 75% of the time.
just wondered if anyone else had one, and if so is this normal?
