The world of kitchen hinges seem to have more standards than the bike industry. Been asked to get new hinges for someone as they bought every type B&Q had and none fit. These are soft close but just getting somethin the same would be a start.
What do we have here?

They look like these from Hafele, their cheapo Chinese inset softclose ones, you will need 0 sized plates with them. You can't order them direct from Hafele without a trade account but if the google the item's code you will find someone who sells them.
That looks like an inset hinge as appears to an overlay. Does your kitchen have a face frame?
OP, that's an overlay hinge and won't work with an inset door.
not my kitchen, good to se the ability not to read the post is still here 😉
From what I remember they are overlay doors, will check tomorrow
