it works best in bright colours......
joking apart, i use it and anecdotally it works really well for patching people up to race and for reducing pain. I am less sure about its performance enhancing properties and the literature remains equivocal.
I was wondering why it had to be bright blue...I presumed Wiggo, Balotelli et al moonlighted in the catering trade...
Have used it where you would use normal strapping for support and it sticks better, leaves less residue when removed and has more stretch, never used it to make zebra stripe patterns though....
