You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
My wife has asked me to get a few books for her on my Kindle. I went to the Amazon site and bought 3 of them no problem. But the fourth, Hidden by Katy Gardner, is not available. Can I get it from anywhere else?
Thank you for any help you can offer.
Ian
AFAIK the only 'books' you can use are those from Amazon. If, however, you can find a copy of what you want as a pdf (and a few other formats) then you can actually email it to your Kindle as a 'personal document'.

As well as Amazon books(azw), you can use any book in mobi format or pdf, just drop them in the 'documents' folder of the Kindle, no need to email them.
Other formats - epub etc. - can be easily converted to mobi with Calibre
As jota says, Calibre can be used to convert formats so you can read any eBook on Kindle. It's also very useful as a backup for your Kindle library.
