Can anyone recommend a good one?

For my four year old daughter, it doesn't have to be pink though

My two both had micro scooters which last well.

having been through 3 kids and numerous scooters I would say at 4 try her on a proper skate park scooter like a JD Bug. Gets them used to balancing on 2 wheels and everything can be replaced when it wears out

don't get them a tiny wheeled one if they'll be riding round on uneven / cracked pavements

Yes, for on road/pavements, better with something with bigger wheels, and proper pneumatic tyres.

Have a look at Op Scooters, they have some good stuff.  https://www.opscooters.com/product-category/kids-scooter-bikes/

Are you looking for a 3 wheeled or 2 wheeled?

We've just got our daughter a Decathlon scooter; Oxelo B1. She loves it.

Might not be big enough for a 4 year old though, although it does have 3 adjustable heights. Our daughter has just turned 3 & uses the middle height setting, but she's a little pip squeak.

Lots of specs & dims on the decathlon site though, so you can measure it up easy enough.
