Staggered at the cost of comics, Beano etc.
I fancied getting some in for my 5yo son as he loves reading and the storyboard layout should make reading that bit more interesting.
But by jingo, I'm not paying that kind of money.......
What a rip-off!

Good luck. My 2 boys each wanted a comic, complete with plastic tat, but I refused to pay nearly £8!!!! 😯 I don't spend that on magazines for myself, well OK I do, but mine last for longer and have bicycles in them 😀

My 8 year old loves reading my old collection of Victor books for boys, but I know what you mean about the cost of the comics as all the kids really want is the plastic tat on the front.
