Are they any good? I've seen lots of plastic ones but that sounds quite dangerous. Surely a metal one would be better? Or is there anything similar that make use of discs without taking up loads of space.

Just getting into a routine involving squats, deadlifts, etc for winter and only have dumbbells (no long bar) with removable discs. Also have a couple of large 10kg discs but they are too bulky to be used on a dumbbell.

FYI, I'm quite small and light so don't need big weights. Trying out single leg dead lifts for balance so can get away with lighter weights.

That one only fits olympic discs. Not standard discs.

Ideally one that holds the discs flat. The 10kg discs are quite big so would prefer them stacked ontop of each other.

Great idea. I'd never thought of this.
