Headng down to Cumbrian Commition in Grizedale tomorrow and need to pick up a quality breakfast on the way. Coming down from up north so could call in to Keswick, Ambleside or anywhere else on the way. Where is good for a hearly breakfast. Needs to be open by 8am and need time to digest before the racing starts at 10am.

The Lakeland sarnie shop in Keswick always gets my vote. Proper big full monkey rolls. Pretty sure it's open by 8 but could be wrong, mind.

Red rooster Cafe just off Juction 40 m6 Penrith, Its just off the first mini roundabout heading into town..Grizedale is 45 mins from Penrith
