So, I became the owner of a Karcher 411A Pressure Washer yesterday. It's one of these jobbies:

My clients had just bought themselves a new one for their patio. They asked me "Do you have one?", to which I replied "No..." and before I got to "I don't really have any use for one", it was folded up and in the back of the van. 😯 They weren't taking "No thanks" for an answer.
Anyway, I'm now seeing lots of uses for it around the house, car etc. Only problem is that it's missing its hose and lance. On checking online, there are plenty of compatible hoses and lances available, a lot of them not made by Kärcher. Anybody bought these or should I look for OEM stuff on ebay, gumtree etc?
Depends on the price difference really.
The karcher stuff is good and the hoses do last well. But if the other stuff is half the price then its worth a punt considering its only for occasional use.

I imagine this is true. I did think about asking them why they couldn't bloody well look after theirs properly, but thought maybe that was a bit cheeky. 🙂
They have a discount/refurb section on the website.
Might be worth having a look or giving them a bell to see if they can help?
