You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Anyone used the above ? Can't find any information, so not sure if it's a one person trading from home or a shop?
The fact their website name is rubbish leads me to expect it is a scam site.
It has more of the look of a one-man band than a scam to me. A scammer would at least make a half arsed effort to include basic website info . Its pretty amateurish - theres no business information there at all, so even if its legit as a customer you can't really do any due diligence. You don't know who they are are where they are (a company would be required to include their registered address on a website) theres no terms / conditions / returns info and so on. They'd be wiser to trade through ebay or similar where the customer at least has some confidence / protection from the marketplace. (in fact I bet if you looked on ebay you'd prob find them there too)
And they also don't just sell wheels so, you know, trades description act 🙂
I agree. More likely to be a sole trader but not enough info on that site to give me confidence to use them. Its a shame as nice to support small business but the website needs much more info on it.
myshopify is the domain name of shopify - shopify is a platform to help you create web based shops.
given they've not bothered to have their own domain name driven by the myshopify one suggests it's either someone doing it on the cheap or someone who is just starting out and doesn't know what they're doing with a web shop - quite possibly not set up a web shop before.
Not necessarily dodgy but not a large established shop either. Perhaps check facebook / instagram to see if it's someone trying to expand.
I wouldn't use them unless I knew who it was - mate of a mate type thing
Was gonna post exactly what macruiksen said, he spared me the bother.
You owe me one 🙂
