Having made it through November, December, Christmas and the New Year and seeing people fall by the wayside as their jobs disappeared I was feeling quietly confident (perhaps smug even), until today.
Just been informed that the team I manage is being cut from 4 (including me) to 2 due to lack of work and the tightening of belts all round.
Having been told, we now have to wait (and work) till Thursday before we find out.

oh dear, good luck m8 hope it all works out , in the motor trade myself , in particular ,land rover brand, very very hard at the mo , meetings start soon for us.
