Still battling with Edinburgh City Council. You'd have thought they'd have got tired and given in by now 😆

I assume it's not about wearing a helmet. What was he fighting with them over?

Excellent, hope he nails them. The council in Edinburgh are at best incompetent, at worst....

ah, building repairs, one reason I'm glad I'm no longer in Edinburgh..

Wasn't there a case where some resident was convinced that others on the stair were trying to poison her, was all set to be declared a vexatious litigant, when it turned it was true (even got a mention in a Rebus novel IIRC)..

Top work TJ.

coincidentally I know the architect in that report as well

Funnily enough so do I. Top bloke, he oversaw a Royal Commission survey on my gaff in Orkney.

Jeremy Pascoe said he has had roof damage, blocked gutters and water penetration in every room, as well as cracks on his walls and ceiling

I wonder how many times he said that?

Now now. Queensbury rules dictate it's poor form to take the piss out of someone who can't come in and defend themselves. Even applies to mods.

No mention of "the hard of thinking", or anything about swiveled eyed loonies.
Doesn't sound like the TJ I knew.

Having had numerous meetings with the council over the summer, one of which involved the fantastic quote of 'well we think the asbestos will just have weathered away now' I can confirm they seem a bunch of utter incompetents, who have very little knowledge and far too much power.

So Tandem Jeremy and Jeremy Corbyn? Have they ever been seen in the same room together? Surely that is too much of a coincidence? Conspiracy? Over to you jivehoneyjive

All hail the righteous, for they are many and all around us.
Well meaning, but trapped by their own delusions they babble out to the ether.
Treat them kindly for they are filled with a deep sadness.
It will be their undoing.

Synchronicity/conspiracy?
Just watching Gogglebox and one of them says something like "Can you trust a Jeremy? Jeremy Corbyn,Jeremy Clarkson,Jeremy Kyle,Jeremy Beadle-see what I mean?" TJ bit was edited obviously.

What are you implying allthpies, some kind of wig-based aversion to helmets ? As things suddenly fall into place. (was that TJ ? All the anti-helmet nonsense, or am I getting my Big Hitter in Coventry stories mixed up)

A more chilled TeeJ (in red, on right) among others. Not many helmets here!

Not TJ. His comments on helmets made a lot of sense, especially the bit about the freedom to wear or not wear.

He was the model for the original Action Man Eagle Eyes.

Just a slightly unfortunate fold in the jumper!! Ok a wee bit too small granted (even on a cold day)!!

Come to think of it, not many MTBs either 😉
