Home-made pizza, so simple, so fresh and so awfully good.
This home-cooking/baking thing, could be the death of me.

Good call.. I'm feeling a bit peckish, although I can't be arsed to make one, takeaway it is.

If I'm feeling lazy, I sometimes use pitta breads as the bases for little mini pizzas! Great trick my mum discovered. Works a treat.

So go on then, what's the best topping?

I love home-made pizza.

Try adding a spoonful of honey to the pizza dough mix; tastes ace and it's party time for the yeast.

Made a cherry pie this afternoon with cherries from the tree in the back garden. It was worth the effort of pitting about a kilo of the damn things.

Will try that next time, base turned out amazingly good, topped with 2tbspns of puree, tomatoes, bacon bits, red pepper, onion, jalapeno and cheese.

Homemade pizzas are ace.

Current favourite:
Tomatoe sauce.
1 tin plum tomatoes pulped.
basil
dried and crushed chilli pepper
garlic

reduced to a paste.

Topping

Gouda and cheddar grated.
Turkey with BBQ sauce
onions
hot green chilli (pimiento guindilla verde picante)

Only had two this weekend!! 😆
