Biggest fight in a long time confirmed for the 14th August. Ignoring the fact it's in Saudi (Although 1 benefit is it won't be on at 4am), I'm actually quite looking forward to this.
Fury wins easily for me. Far far better boxer and looks to have a far better chin. Plus his shenanigans beforehand are sure to wind his opponent up to his advantage.
5 years ago i'd have gone for Joshua but can't see him winning now
Yeah, massive fight. 2 best heavyweights in the world are British. And they're gonna fight each other... Who'd ever have thunk it.
I reckon Joshua by KO, but it's a real pick-em fight.
I don't know who I want to win...
Tyson is growing on me but still comes across as a bit of a dick, whereas Joshua strikes me as completely manufactured and false...

I'm in the same camp, there's something about "AJ" that I dont like, a friend just said he's a dumb body builder who trys too hard with the media which seems likely.
You don't get to where he is at the moment by being a dumb body builder.
Genuinely a fight that could go either way.
Fury on points, fairly wide decision. He's better in pretty much every department, and consistently raises his game in his hardest tests.
Joshua has questionable stamina in later rounds, has possibly more power but isn't as good a boxer, and has a weaker defence. If Wilder couldn't KO Fury with his hardest shot, unlikely AJ can.
AJ's career etc comes across as micromanaged to the Nth degree, whenever I see him on telly (in a non-boxing capacity) he comes across as a top bloke though. Whereas Fury is either a likeable rogue or complete bell-end, depending on his mood or the phase of the moon or **** knows what 🤣Tyson is growing on me but still comes across as a bit of a dick, whereas Joshua strikes me as completely manufactured and false…
I think it will be Fury, but I would like to see AJ outbox him for the win.
Agree with nobeer. (Which is nice)
Don't give 2 ****s about their personalities, I don't know either of them. I look at who I like as a boxer.
Still, really need mooman to tell me what to think obvs.

Do you root for one fighter over another during a fight? I usually do, and its usually based on personality rather than boxing ability. Only exception I can think of to that was when watching mayweather, who was obviously a grade A bellend, but such a good boxer I use to still want to see him win..even against hatton, who was obviously a much nicer bloke.
Not purely ability, just whether I prefer them as a boxer, their style. Mostly.
Though I must admit, I can't stand Eubank Jr. cos of the way his dad used to parade around the ring in jr's early fights 🙂
Did anyone see that Buatsi ko on the weekend? Never seen a fighter so apologetic!
How much are they going to have to pay Wilder to step aside then?
Would Joshua fight Fury if Fury vacated?
Be interesting to see how this all pans out.
Is CAS the "high court" for boxing matters? US judges really shouldn't be anywhere near international sports decisions.
You'd think Wilder would use the time to get back up and running, instead of running straight back into another Fury fight, i'd guess Wilder will get a pay off and guarantee of fighting the winner, you'd think with the lack of any real fights in this division they'd want to get this one done and then worry about the next fights, but then again, the US have no real interest in this one, so it's not a real concern to them.
Wilder's in a canny position here, get some cash for a fight that isn't happening, get a challenger agreement and will be fighting for all the belts. Gets to fight whoever in the meantime.
AJ wants to be unified champ, that's what's driving him so would fight wilder if he was the remaining belt holder...
Agree with nobeer. (Which is nice)
We must be getting old Dez lad. 🙂
Just not sure what Wilder can do, outside of a good shot in the fight to combat Fury, he barely got through against an out of shape and ring rusty Fury, he then got handed his arse with Fury having time to focus, Wilder isn't a great boxer, he's a great puncher, so for him to change his tactics will take a hell of an effort, and it'll be against probably the best fighter in a generation at being able to adapt during a fight!
Guess his big hope is Joshua to win then fight him, not really many big money fights in the heavyweight division these days outside these 3.
just seen during the Josh Taylor (why isn’t this future legend on UK TV??) fight that Fury v Wilder 3 is signed for July... guess Joshua has pulled out then ☹️
guess Joshua has pulled out then
How can anyone be so uninformed?
Cos it wasn’t mentioned on here 😀
Ps. how can someone sound such an arrogant **** in just 6 words?
Why on earth wee Josh's fight got no mention on TV is beyond me, what an achievement and it merited about 5 words before they rabbited on about the thread subjects.
Disgrace.
