Does anyone take anything that they thing helps alleviate joint pain?
Glucosamide? etc
Or is it all snake oil?
Only fish oil...
Omega 3 is wonderstuff!
I have taken Glucosamine in the past and it seemed to work!
Haven't taken it in a while must get back in the habit.
Fish oil is the only 'non drug' that works for me - 3000mgs a day. I've been given diclofenic (spelling probably wrong) but as long as I remember the fish oil I'm okay.
The 'burps' take some getting used to though..
We gave our dog turmeric and black pepper. Made a massive difference to him.
There's a lot of research going into it at the moment. Plenty of sites and forums online for recipes.
What joints? Big difference if it's all of them (go see a doctor) or just your knees, for example.
cod liver oil
Tumeric and cod liver oil.
It works for me 😉

Cider vinegar with mother (look it up). Bit of a diluted drink in the morning and then use as part of your home made salad dressing instead of your normal vinegar. Also if you like a bit of beer, try a good quality cider instead (not that mass marketed crap). Lots of interesting stuff ont web.
I tried tumeric but it just gave me wind just as if I'd had a curry 🙁
Cannabis
Nothing legal comes close to cissus quadrangularis, you can get it in bulk powder or capsules. bulkpowders.co.uk is the cheapest place, I normally buy 500g when there's a sale on.
