Do a triathlon, of sorts..
Had the day off today and it was sunny and I thought I'll go for a ride so i rode up to Cannock chase did 25 miles round the trails then thought would Mr. Bishop stop at that? no. So off to the pool i went for and did the 1.5 k's but kind of failed with the run as i got to 5 miles and the legs cried enough 🙁
Point is I don't normally get inspired by this sort of stuff that cellebs do on telly, has it had same impact on anyone else?
Ps. yes it did inspire to donate, no not a big fan of his comedy but he seems like a nice bloke.

I was one of the BT support team for both John Bishop and also David Walliams' Thames Swim.
Seeing how the guys suffered and the incredible level of support from the public has inspired me to go and organise an Exmoor ride for a few BT lads plus a couple of extras.
I also watched the two programmes of the guys journeys abroad and it just shocked me that kids should have to sleep under plastic bags right by a main road, or have to live by a stinking river that everyone uses as a sewer.
..and all we have to complain about is a parcel arriving late etc etc.
