tbh There is so little population that it's a bit difficult to try and restrict - open to the right person with the right aptitude and demonstrable skills.
But if anyone pm's me I'll send you the 'requirements'. Perm role in a long established business.

I went for a chat with your MD a couple of years ago when I was between jobs. My skills/experience wasn't the right fit - but for the record it seemed like a really good place to work, he seemed a nice guy, and the commitment to an office in the value was heartening.
And in all honesty I would have taken a huge pay cut to be able to ride my bike to work in five minutes. Need anybody to mop floors or answer the phones, make coffee etc in October when my contract runs out ?
