the critical bit is remembering which day the appointment is.
Ensure you wear elasticated trackie bottoms, and have a clear run to the toilet, plenty of toilet roll, and air freshner.
Its lioke giving birth to a new political party, you dont know what to exopect but they may be thick as shit and about as much fun.
bosh both and a tab of acid for tea.
It was worse than the radioactive enema it preceded
If your going to be visiting the lav often get some baby wipes. They dont create as much friction as loo roll!
It is VERY important to eat a terrifyingly hot curry the night before, washed down with chilled vindaloo sauce.
Keep an audio diary please.
It's the Idave diet. but through your bumhole.
Hysterical laughter - I had similar.
They tell you to use vaseline, let me just emphasise that... USE VASELINE - otherwise your ar5e will feel like you've been ****** by Black & Decker.
Apart from that, no it's not too bad at all 😆
Did you get a mirror with the sachets so you can take one last look at your ring as you currently know it to be ?
Have vaseline and Sudocream to hand baby wipes ok but the alcohol in them starts to irritate the skin!
It's really not that bad just like food poisoning without the pain!

You can get moist toilet wipes, better than baby wipes if they do contain alcohol.

I have a spare sachet if anyone wants to try it
Baby wipes in the fridge.
Try having IBS, it's like someone randomly spiking your food with picolax
why are you using it?
I'm off to get a camera shoved up my arse, although after reading the responses on here I'm starting to have second thoughts.
ah ok
filthy i have crohns disease and have had my fair share of picolax and scopes up and down and your lucky in a sense that its not klean-prep they gave you.that sh*t is vile and you get 3 sachets and have to take it over 3 litres of water.you'll be p***in out yer arse for a bit but its not that bad.if you want my opinion get the sedation as it gets abit uncomfortable to say the least when your awake during it if its a colonoscopy.your out for an hour then its tea n sandwich which is the best ever after starving for a day or more.good luck its a doddle.
I have to give my wife 2 sachets every monday..... it's the highlight of my week 😆

OOopps, sorry.
after some experimentation due to having a few medical 'issues' in that area I'd recommend Morrisons Moist toilet paper, perfume free. I've tried about every other brand there is, Tescos has too high an alcohol content and Adndrex is like sandpaper
got to be morrisons.
have fun.
