Two poached eggs on toasted Bagel for brekkie

Might be good and have soup for lunch (gasp!)...... in preparation for diving into a melted cheese and sour cream laden enchilada and nacho carbohydrate and saturated fat fiesta for tea! Arriba!

Just scored a couple of 16oz rump steaks from Aldi for me and the boy. To be served with chunky wedges, garlic mushrooms and a chipotle mayo side.

Steak pastie for breakfast, fuel for a ride around the new trails at Llys yr Fran reservoir in Pembrokeshire. Then called into Narberth for rabbit and chorizo paella with a slice of tortilla.

I'm stuffed.

I excelled myself today! McDonald’s Triple cheeseburger starter with a BBQ Double 1/4 pounder meal and a McFlurry for dessert! I do like Fridays! And I’m still 2 stone lighter than I was last year!!

After the sum total of 4 pints of neck oil last night in the local I had a thoroughly undeserved hangover this morning.. so have been self medicating all day.

Breakfast was a sausage sarnie and cappuccino from Greggs, with brown sauce naturally.

Dinner was a chicken sarnie, Thai sweet chicken McCoy’s and proper coke.

Tea is currently underway with a tube of ready salted Pringles, a bottle of estrella and whatever wotsits don’t make it into the bairns mouth and end up on the carpet.

Spicy meat feast pizza in the fridge for later.

The above has been peppered with a shit ton of coffee from the new machine at work.

And I wonder why I’ve got a massive kite on is.
