What've you got then?

I've just demolished a sausage and egg butty I will be looking forward to this afternoons pre-match barby where I intend to eat my own bodyweight in burgers and bratties washed down with copious amounts of strong continental lager 😀

What's everyone else having?

Usual rules apply... mention salads or cous cous and I'll come round and give you a wedgie

I’ll have another couple of these later for brunch. Thick cut brioche, buttered both sides, 2 x tunnocks tea cakes in each griddled until toasty and melty

For breakfast I had a muesli and granola mix, with a good handful of raisins and sultanas on top, and a double espresso. Probably have a quick sandwich at lunchtime before a 50 mile roadie ride this afternoon. Dunno what we're having for dinner, but we'll be watching the final of the Great British Sewing bee.

[Listens for the sound of an explosion from the other side of Manchester]

Bacon and double egg roll for a sunrise breakfast then a latte and pan au chocolat for ten o'clock. Might fall off the wagon with omelette lunch but come back strong in the evening with fish and chips.

OH made a stonking (veggie) shepherd's pie yesterday- lentils, peas, carrots mushrooms and covered in mashed tatie and turnip all topped with a thick vintage cheddar crust so we'll be having the leftovers later doors with the Speed & Style at Crankworx, washed down with a couple of glasses of homebrew. Home made choccy sponge 'n custard for afters. Omski nomski, comrades.

We watched sewing bee last night. Toad in the hole for tea, might go out for a road ride tonight while the roads are quiet thanks to the football

Bullshit: Cherios + Blueberry Wheaties plus a 'posh' coffee. Need to rectify the situation.

The sewing bee final was great, really enjoyed it and there are some talented folks out there.

Sourdough toast for breakfast - full fat dinner of toad in the hole as it is chucking down in Essex.
