the straw is really obvious, but it does need exactly the right words to be entered (try prefixing the answer with "that's")

Tried last straw final straw, permutations of that. On right track?

I've not read the thread at all or looked at the image even yet, but if it helps anyone see things more clearly I've hacked the full sized image out of the site code.

posted that one yesterday 😉

If it's any help, someone did a reverse image search and found the original pre-photoshopped image, which should help when deciding what is background scenery, and what is added in (shame it's only a tiny image though)

Eight left. Tried many combinations of what I think it is for some as they seem obvious so either I'm way off or it is a syntax issue. I think this is my missing list

Pink thing on chair
Broken block
Cake on TV
Gavel
Man on floor
Paper in bin
Birds outside
Thing on antelope horn

Having the original image is helping. Been doing this with a mate who has just pointed out there are two on the apple.

61/62...

Broken block - what is next to the larger block? Where has it come from?

Cake on TV - if you think about this one, it's very easy

Man on the floor links to the chair

Birds outside - I think I got this one at about 5am

The blue thing on the antelope's horn isn't relevant (I think); it's what it's doing, or been told to do.

Thanks. Three of those were just syntax. Have now got them. Just got the man on floor. Four left.

Pink thing on chair
Gavel
Paper in bin
5th one ??? Thing on antelope horn, third thing on clock, something else

Already have the 2nd apple and what the antelope is doing

How did he get there? Maybe he also sent the postcard.

The pink thing on the chair is a thumb. The syntax is VERY specific, and to my mind isn't the usual way of phrasing it.

Six to get, I think these are:

Paper in the bin

Ski / winter scene out of the window

Gavel and book

Lego heads

Red plume on the helmet?

Is the knight's weapon something?

I don't think the skiers are anything.
I only have one on the knight and one unknown so there isn't 2 more there.
Gavel and paper I'm missing.
Lego heads is a bit weak imo (that's not a clue) maybe someone can help you (that is)

I can only think of getting our heads together but I'm obviously not getting the phrasing right.

Is there 3 on the clock?

Right general idea but not that.

Not sure about a third on the clock.

Are the sausages a separate one to the crisps?

Edit: yes, another one with very specific phrasing.

Me and the Mrs have got to 42 and I've had enough. I get the feeling we've probably never heard of some of them.

I'd never heard the needle in the clock one for instance.

I've heard of them all (so far, 3 left). Nothing particularly weird. But if you've really never heard the needle one then maybe. That is a classic saying.

61/62. Gaaahhhh!

And as I haven't got the paper in the bin one, I will swap the answer with (what I think) is the stupidest, hardest to get one. Clue: there are TWO answers for the birds sitting outside the left-hand window.

Two left, one of the clock ones that I'm sure I've tried every combination of words I can think of related to the R word and the man on the floor which I still have no idea, the paper in the basket was a bit vague but a random guess got it for me.

If there are two for the birds and 3 on the clock and the man on the floor is another there must be more than 62 answers as that would mean I have three missing but am on 60 so far

Man on floor is not in his rocking chair
Paper in basket - what type of paper is it in what kind of bin?
Knights Lance is nothing
Book and gavel - who might use a gavel?
Third clock one - there's only 2 clock ones

hmm@birds. there are no B's. must be a different letter.
Antelope water - well it's doing something, you'll manage to get there

Man on floor - he's near a chair. What type of chair? Is he on it?

Antelope water - water out of a mouth could also be called what?

2nd bird one not involving a worm - tricky, what kind of bird is it?

Paper in basket - the reference is a bit vague I think. Focus on the type of paper basket that it is.

Knights Lance looks suspicious- I thought that, but it isn't.

Book and Gavel - who uses a gavel? Other than auctioneers?

Third clock one- apologies, I've probably thrown people off with this, I thought there might be three but there isn't.

Edit beaten to it!

The bin answer is pretty oblique! Only one of the four words in the answer comes from the picture.

Just one left - the to-do list.

Edit: got it, all done. Back to my own to do list!

Thanks all.

Yep, paper one was rubbish, pun intended, but the rest were largely ok. A few were "don't do", while the image was do, but I can forgive that.

The bin one got, even with clues required some Googling for inspiration. Pretty tenuous link to the image to be honest.

Argh!

Are the crisps related to the toast, or are they a clue on their own?

Help with the picnic basket?

Help with the plum?

Help with the city scape?

Is that my final 4???

Crisps and toast are one

City Scape, the city part is irrelevant, it's more generic.

The plum was pretty obvious, maybe you are a fool 🙂

Picnic basket is a specific shape.

Reckon you have one more too. Have you got both birds, two for the eggs and three for the apple and pills?
