I have been consoling Mrs Yunki with the fact that it's international womens day all morning.. she's not impressed

When she's not doing silly things rolling kayaks, she can be found completing the real longest solo kayak trip by a women (around Australia) - shortly to set out on a trip around South America, which I think will be the longest kayak trip by anybody.

Freya Hoffmeister, she runs a very nice cafe as well (according to OP magazine).

As a result of National Women's Day I've just spent an hour of yoga finding out which poses are good for my menstrual cycle and which poses I should be doing to counteract the impact of the menopause on my thyroid glan.
