And I'll start with a question/philosophical point of order....

Would it be wrong to have a cheese and onion pie for breakfast? Hmmmmmm...

Anyway... what're you going for?

Usual rules apply. Nobody wants to hear about your salad 😀

Big seedy roll, stuffed with two Cumberland sausages and a slice of black pudding, lubed with brown sauce. And a couple of hash brown chasers.

Cheese and ham toastie for breakfast. (Sadly not a proper one, just toasted bread...😩)

Pile of pasta carbonara for lunch.

Cinema tonight, so a choice of the finest purveyors of fast food in the land, I’m thinking five guys, possibly with a kfc chaser.

It’s a mystery as to how I’ve gained weight while having been off the bike...

Veggie sausage and egg butty for dinner with leftover chili beans on top, cup of tea.

Tea is fish fingers, peas and chips, cup of tea. Om, and indeed, nom.

I’ve just made a sofrito and added some finely chopped chilli and sliced garlic. Posh Chorizo has been sliced and added with lots of red wine to deglaze the pan. Next in, some over-ripe Italian tomatoes and freshly chopped basil (lots of). When the linguine’s cooking, I’ll add some of the cooking water to thicken. Will be having with homemade garlic bread and the rest of the wine.
Basically, tomato sauce and pasta, but I’m hoping that the description lifts it to the usual STW standards, because it’ll likely taste rank if I’ve made it.....:-)

Lunch was left over warmed Texas BBQ brisket with bbq sauce and a cheese top on a bagel

curry for dinner.

I have been for a ride.. I doubt it’ll offset that lot though!

Brinner, apparently. That's BReakfast/dINNER, although a bit of a token effort I think.

2 eggs, fried; on toast. Sausages, beans, grilled tomatoes, vodka and OJ.

Freshly baked chicken and leek pie from local butcher/sandwich shop for lunch and just made beef burgers with thyme, wild garlic, chilli and goose fat for extra moistness in a brioche bun with gherkin and cheddar served with sweet potato fries and salad!
