Pottering in the garden and suddenly 3 nests have called time gentlemen please?
If the two at either end of the patio are connected, the slabs may be resting on thin air!
As long as they don't swarm.
Same here in Brizzle. Loads of em.
No chance up here, ants still got their winter coats on!
Gus the Fox will be pleased!
Was yesterday with us, N Yorks.
I was on the hard shoulder of the M4 in Maidenhead today when 3 giant nests erupted, was pretty grim!
Just cut the grass and can confirm.
I haven't experienced one of them for about 20 years 🙁
Yes here too. Surround by the little bastards as I turbo'd on the patio.
Nothing here - although the blaeberry are almost ripe enough to eat.

Runs off to Dragons Den to get ahead of wwaswas
Haha, I had the same thing happen earlier when I was down in the garden. A swarm of the little buggers!
Got of the train, loads of 'em. Cycle short distance home, none!
yep here in MK too
Got them in our kitchen along with 'normal' ants. Well that was until they got a dose of ant killer.
it was here last night as well, coincidence or ant telepathy? 5000miles difference
Swarms here in brighton 🙁
I uncovered a fair sized nest while at work on Thursday evening. No choice but to get in there with my rubber gloves and scoop out about 10kg worth of ants and nest.
If anyone wants to know where they came from today in Leeds - it was me. I unleashed them all from 2 bags of mulsh. 😯
^^^^What a t**t only taken them an hour to get too Casvegas 😡 🙂
In Boroughbridge, theyr'e back! There was so many I vacuumed them up then stuck some ant killer down the hoover to make sure (it was either that or NTFO)
I think theyr'e coming in from a gap round the outside tap, the offending gap will be sealed by tomorrow morning.
Leeds as well here (casvegas side), got home about 4:30 today to find 4 different nests unleashing havoc! They were bloody everywhere. Couldn't have the doors or windows open and it was warm today!!
