You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Fell off the wagon for a week! Back on it now.
I've only just noticed this but it coincides with me trying to lose some weight. I've lost about ten pounds over the last couple of months, down to 11 stone. Went for a ride today and despite being on the back of having a cold the 1400m of climbing didn't feel too bad so I'm guessing I'm feeling the benefit of the weight loss. Would like to lose another half a stone before Christmas.
Wedding Anniversary week and friends staying for the weekend = lots of food, booze, cheese, and cheesy snaccidents. I'm up, but only by .2 kg and i'm sure I ate much more cheese than that so I am not too unhappy. Hope to get below 100kg by Xmas.
I was roughly on course to getting close to my target but works Xmas meal and a visit to the Soho Tavern for a veggie mixed grill a week and a half ago was my downfall, still I've lost a few kg which I'll no doubt put back on shortly.
I'm a similar weight to my start weight. Not become heavier so that's a bonus. Probably weaker but that is an issue to address in the new year.
Thanks again for the spreadsheet.
2kg down from start - 2.5kg down from my weight three weeks in. Probably going back over Christmas and New Year!
Completely failed at this, 1kg up on my start weight!
Must do better in 2025.
No significant loss, but finally put a stop to the increasing weight after comfort eating and drinking due to a crap time at work  over the first 9 months of the year.
changed jobs on Nov, now settling in so will start upping exercise to help shift the lard
