I have my own domain hosted by one.com. From that I have am email address (eg me@mydomain.co.uk). First problem I'm having is that a lot of my emails end up in the receivers spam folder. I'm not sending spam or bulk mails, just general stuff to individuals. Is this likely to be something at my end or a problem with one.com? Is it possible to set my email up to completely bypass their server for outgoing mail? I'd still like to keep the address as me@mydomain.co.uk as it's work stuff. I've got a Gmail and a hotmail.

First thing I'd do is get a friendly recipient to read the spam-tagged email and see if it tells them *why* it's getting blocked. This can be a lot easier to do if it's a corporate spam filter rather than webmail.

How are you sending mails from that address? Webmail? Local email client? Something else?

What's your domain name winfreeppiviagrasex.com?

Probably more likely to be key salesman type words in the subject or body of your email.

Emails sent via thunderbird.

I'll see if I can get the binned message

Can't see anything obvious in the text. Usually it's me trying to get a quote from a supplier.

Might be worth a malware scan on your machine, just to rule that out.

If it's being flagged as spam on a corporate email system, their IT bods might be able to tell why; if it's an internal system, they should have a log of such things.
