I'm ever so slightly more giddy than a grown man should be too have finally joined the wood burner collective (well ok multi fuel in this case to satisfy the pedants).

Bloody lovely to have a real fire to come home to...

Cool, are you planning on getting some logs or sticking with coal?

Stove fan might be a good idea to help get the heat out of there.

We've got both logs and coal. The logs seem to burn incredibly quickly so until I find a decent and economical source of wood we'll probably stick to coal.

Yes, a fan is on the list of things we need to get 🙂

Oh and pic of dog + stove will follow when we've have the new carpets fitted (tomorrow) - don't want the STW police picking up on the floor covering 🙂

Looks good. Resist the temptation to burn coal and logs together as it can knacker the flu liner quickly.

Turn the air intake down to slow the log burning. I can almost starve my burner of air and the logs gently burn
