Hi.
Has anyone had issues with Bikester deliveries or customer service.
I ordered some stuff from them in January and UPS have lost the parcel. Its now 5 weeks since they launched (a 14 day) investigation and yet I've heard nothing back from either of them.
Bikester are ignoring my emails now too and UPS just have an automated chat bot, which is pretty useless.
What's the best course of action if I paid via Debit card so have no recourse that way ?
Any advice greatly received.

Hi you can still do a claim if debit card is Visa I am not sure on Mastercard, did you pay with debit card via paypal.
someone sent me a birthday present from them, it does not fit and sending it back is becoming an ordeal... i try to DL or print the returns label and its just blank. have tried reaching out to them but silence so far... never heard of em before but they seem to be quite a large multinational company. i appreciate this is of absolutely no use to your predicament...
I usually pay via PayPal but I've checked my PayPal account and there's no purchase there with them, so must have paid directly via my Debit card (silly thing to do).
I've just got a Reverb Axs from Bikester. I asked about my delivery (import duty question). They replied with a detailed explanation within about 30 mins. My order arrived in 5 working days too.
They did mention to me that there was some admin issues on orders that were shipped in January, but they've worked it out. It sucks they they seem to be ignoring you though 🙁
Is it possible that your emails are going to their spam, or not getting through?
Is there any legal action that won't actually cost me more (or I can claim back from them) than the original cost, that I could take to reclaim the purchase price ?
