Is it just me? I try to log on but it asks to do a security check by calling my phone number. When it calls, I pick up and it asks me to press the hash key but when I do that nothing happens and it just asks again, and again and after three attempts it tells me the security check was unsuccessful.
It used to work (ie, a couple of weeks ago) but for the life of me I cannot get it to work now. FFS.
Just tried and logged straight in. Silly question but sure the website you are on is right? Could your computer have some sort of malware interrupting the login to try and steal details?
Happened to me a while back - had to call them (40 minutes wait) to get through to an operator who then transferred me to the 'security team' where I had to go through the questions before I was allowed to reset my password. A right ball ache. Been OK since.

I am sure it is the correct site - I have gone through the initial log-on but it's their additional random security check (I have had it before) but it's not working today. I called and they confirmed they are having issues with it.
