I get mine through Newstand - did have Pocketmags but deleted it as it was also downloading the magazine. Can't see it in Newstand
On Android at least, I believe the ST app is preferable to the Pocketmags one.
Apple I've no idea, sorry. Try that if you can?
Sorry about the delay. We are having technical issues in the back end. The mag should be there but we are getting server errors and there's no one on call at Pocketmags.
I've just sent Grace home now. She's been working on this solidly all day and she has hit one technical hitch after another with the Pocketmags system. Tomorrow we start work on a new digital mag platform. Pocketmags is just too unreliable and we all hate it now. I know it must be hugely frustrating for you guys too. We WILL get this issue sorted though and tomorrow.. somehow.
